Thursday, December 20th is the White Elephant at Holy Trinity, SSM (352 Northern Ave.); 10:30am – 1:00pm.

Saturday, December 22nd is the St. Luke’s Junior Girls’ and Boys’ Auxiliary (160 Brock St.); 12-1:30pm.

Sunday, January 20th is the World Religion Day Celebration at Central United Church, SSM (160 Spring St.); 2-3:30pm…music, dancing…refreshments to follow.

The Coldest Night walk-a-thon is February 23rd. Churches in Algoma Deanery have participated in this fun and worthwhile endeavour in previous years so get yourself a team and let’s make this year better than ever!

Don’t forget…Heartbeat of the Church is ongoing. Please gather together 4-5 people and go through this thought-provoking exercise. It provides the opportunity to explore your prayer practices, experiences with prayer and with Jesus, followed by a Scripture study with discussion regarding your experiences with the Church.  At the end of it all, your group will create a prayer that you can then put online…it’s easy to do, I promise!  For the guide, please follow this link:   https://www.anglican.ca/heartbeat/
