Bishophurst Gathering Rings in the New Year!

Image may contain: 1 person, smiling, sittingHistoric Bishophurst, Sault Ste Marie, was the site of another successful New Year’s Day Levee.  Archbishop Anne and Dr. Colin Germond opened their home to the people of the Diocese and the city, and it was a packed house! People enjoyed guided tours of the beautiful residence and nibbled on delicious food provided by the folks of St. Luke’s Cathedral. The ladies of the cathedral seemed to be continuously bringing out an endless supply of delectable treats from the kitchen. The tea was poured – from shiny, very hot pots – by Connie Elkin, Barbara Sherwood, Liz Hamel, Susan Montague Koyle, Fran Glover, Doreen Stadnyk, Marilyn Schmidt, and Sheila Brideaux (pictured).  Thank you to all who contributed and attended the event. A good time was had by all!
